In her role as Platform Coordinator, Annie Cho oversees the end-to-end management of website platforms such as WordPress and Webflow. She coordinates with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system updates, and ensure that the platforms meet user and business needs. On a daily basis, she monitors platform performance, analyzes data to identify trends, and works with stakeholders to prioritize platform enhancements. She also collaborates with technical teams to ensure successful integration of third-party tools and APIs. Additionally, Annie manages content updates, coordinates testing and quality assurance, and maintains documentation for platform workflows and best practices.
